Summary of graduate scheme of study undertaken at University of Essex under supervision of Prof. Joseph Rykwert and Dr Dalibor Vesseley.
Theoretical Literature of Architecture pre 1800, in particular Italian treatises XVI and XVII centuries and French Literature XVIII century.
Phenomenology and psychology of perception and their implications for methods of design.
Implications of both social and individual psychology of design standards with particular reference to orientation and perceptual ambivalence; function of memory and perception; nature of relationship between the design processes; cultural limitations of perception, deductive operation of the designed and its perceptual implications.
