Cathy Wong is a Provisionally Registered Psychologist and currently studying her last year of Master of Industrial and Organisational Psychology. Cathy possesses a wide variety of work experience in private, public and not-for-profit organisations with a strong multicultural background; having lived, worked and studied in Australia, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, Canada and China. Cathy's key strength is her understanding of people and organisations from a wide range of industries and cultural backgrounds.

Cathy is now working in Centre of Social Impact as a Graduate Research Assistant. She utilises her skill set including research, survey design and statistical analysis in different areas such as organisational development, work design, talent assessment, employee wellbeing, training and learning.
