Perth Upmarket is Perth’s premier quarterly market for original and handcrafted wares. All products at Perth Upmarket are made or designed in WA. The markets brings together more than 150 of Perth’s most talented artists, designers, craftsmen and gourmets all under one roof at Winthrop Hall.The events allow Perth shoppers, who appreciate the handmade, to connect with the talented creators.
As well as the quarterly markets, there are special wedding-themed events and pop-up markets throughout the year.The product mix is diverse, and ranges from handmade clothing, cupcakes, wall art and cards, to homewares, jewellery and skincare products.
About the partnership
We are proud to support local creatives and designers though our partnership with Perth Upmarket. Perth Upmarket has grown substantially over the last few years and when it needed to relocate to a bigger venue in 2010 to accommodate the growing number of stallholders and visitors, we were delighted to host the markets in the University’s Winthrop Hall.Upmarket events are also promoted to staff and the wider student and alumni community through the University’s communication channels.
The University of Western Australia's iconic Winthrop Hall and beautiful surrounds is the ideal setting for Perth Upmarket, which brings together thousands of Perth shoppers and encourages them to support small business owners, local designers and artisans.
