7.1 - My offer is for a Higher Degree by Research but I cannot commence my studies in Semester 1, 2020. Am I eligible for a refund?
If you were in China on 1 February and coronavirus-related travel restrictions have prevented you from travelling to Australia by 31 March to commence your Semester 1 2020 study then we will give you credit towards a future study period or you can apply for an exceptional circumstances refund with no financial penalty.

We understand travel is uncertain at the moment and not all students are able to join us on campus for the start of semester. This includes extending your leave, if necessary, until we can welcome you back.
