Where possible and appropriate, a person should attempt to resolve their concerns directly with the respondent or with a staff member at the local-level prior to making a complaint to the Complaint Resolution Unit (CRU).
If you are unsure where to submit your complaint in the first instance, please submit it to the CRU and we will refer it to the appropriate staff member or area of the University for resolution.
