The UWAHS committee, society members, friends and guests were joined at an informal gathering to hear Ms Jenny Bevan provide a short presentation followed by questions and discussion on “The Forgotten Explorers: pioneer geologists of WA”, based on the book by John Glover and Jenny Bevan.

About the speaker
Jenny Bevan is a geologist and Honorary Research Fellow in the School of Earth and Environment at UWA. She was the Senior Curator in charge of the E de C Clarke Earth Science Museum at UWA until her retirement in 2010.
